1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1 tbl. balsamic vinegar
2 tbl. sugar
1 tsp. butter
3/4 walnuts
2 heads romaine, torn
2 pears chopped
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 4 ingredients, chill at least 1 hour.
Melt butter in skillet and saute nuts about 3-5 minutes till lightly browned.
Toss all ingredients with dressing.
