32 oz. thawed shredded hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint of sour cream
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
2 cups grated Colby cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping. Place in a greased 9x13 casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45-55 minutes until hot and bubbly.
