4 slices Maplewood Bacon
⅓ C sugar
⅓ C Light Corn Syrup
¼ tsp Baking Soda
¼ C Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Roughly chop 4 slices of bacon and process bacon in food processor until finely chopped. Cook bacon over med-med high heat, until evenly browned, drain well using mesh sieve. In medium saucepan combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook to 300˚F – use candy thermometer – STIR CONSTANTLY. At 300 ˚F remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and bacon – Stir Vigorously until well combined. Pour onto nonstick surface – allow to cool slightly. Sprinkle chocolate chips over candy and allow them to melt. Spread evenly using spatula or knife. Place candy in freezer until hardened. Cut into pieces. Store in fridge inside air-tight container.
