1 1/2 C. Flour
1 1/4 C. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Ginger
3 Eggs
1 (15oz) can pumpkin
3/4 C. Melted Butter
3/4 C. Dried Cranberries
Optional: Add Pecans- Chopped

Frosting
4 oz. cream cheese- chilled
1/4 C, Butter
1 tsp. Grated Lemon Peel
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 C. Powered Sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15 x10 inch baking pan. you can also use a 9 x 13 pan.
Bars: In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin and butter; stir in to dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in cranberries. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. cool on a wire rack.

Frosting: With an electric mixer at medium speed, beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. gradually add sugar to butter mixture; beat at low speed just until blended.

Spread frosting on cooled bars.
