4 slices cooked bacon
2 cups cooked and diced or shredded chicken ( I debone a rotisserie chicken)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can white beans
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheese
4 oz cream cheese
4 jalapenos, diced
1 onion, diced
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onion and jalapenos until tender. Add broth, chopped bacon, and beans, cook on medium heat 15 minutes adding in salt and pepper to taste.
Add the corn, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted, let simmer 30-45 minutes.

Toppings optional: sour cream, diced green onion, shredded cheese, Fritos or tortilla chips.
Tips: Great with cornbread!
May put in crockpot, cook 6-8 hours on low and add cheeses during the last 30 minutes of cooking
