18 Eggs
1 C. Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
1 C. Milk
2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Chopped Onion
1/4 C. Chopped Pepper (Any Color)
1 C. Cubed Ham and or Shredded Cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 Pan with cooking spray. Beat the ingredients in a large bowl with an egg beater or mixer. Add onions, peppers, ham and cheese last. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cover with foil, only stir one time halfway through. Remove foil at the end.

This is great for a large group. You can half the recipe for a smaller family. Feel free to add any veggies or meat that you would like.
