6 large eggs, beaten
1 ½ cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
2 cups baby spinach, wilted
½ pound ham, cut in bite-size pieces
1 ½ cups Swiss cheese, shredded
pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Layer the spinach, ham, and cheese in the bottom of the unbaked pie crust, and then pour the egg mixture on top.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the egg mixture is set. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
