1 cup of boiling Water
1/2 cup of butter
4 eggs
1 cup of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir until stiff. Beat hard on electric mixer. Add egg at a time.
Bake on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees. Preheat for 15 minutes. Turn down oven to 250 degree oven for 40 minutes. Poke hole in each cream puff.

Turn off oven. Let stay in for 15 minutes.

Put on cooling rack to cool.

Here is the original recipe card in our mother's writing for the feeling she would cook her own chicken but you could just get a can of chicken at Costco mixed with mayonnaise walnuts diced celery and some drained and diced pineapple. She would mix that up and let it chill then she would open the cream puffs and pull out the middle of them and fill them with this mixture it was delicious one of our family favorites in the earlier years of my life.
