1/4 cup olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup scallions
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp.dried thyme
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. All spice
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

2 lbs. chicken wings, separated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix spices, oil and lime together to create a marinade.
2. Place the wings in a large plastic bowl and add the marinade. Refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 350. Remove the wings, arrange on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Place the remaining marinade in a small saucepan, bring it to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer, cooking for 12 minutes.
4. Raise the oven temperature to 400, brush the glaze on the wings and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove to a platter to serve.
