16oz. pkg. Tri Colored Spiral Pasta or Rotini Pasta, cooked
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 chicken breast, seasoned, grilled and sliced

DRESSING:
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season 2 chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (to your taste) and grill or pan fry. Slice into bite sized pieces. Set aside in large bowl.

Cook pasta according to package. Drain. Then place in large bowl with sliced chicken.

Chop 2 tomatoes. Put in bowl with pasta mixture.
Chop a handful of basil to equal about 1/4 cup. Put in bowl with pasta mixture.

Combine the dressing ingredients together in a mason jar and shake well.
Then drizzle the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss til combined.

Chill Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta. Serve cold.

(The pasta will absorb the dressing as it sits. You can make a double batch of dressing to add later to taste if preferred.)
