2 cups corn chex cereal
2 cups rice chex cereal
2 cups chocolate chex cereal
2 cups pretzel sticks or squares (break pretzels in bite size pieces)
12 oz M & M's
3 cups Cherrios or Crispix cereal
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 lb of white chocolate or Candiquik in tray

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) in a large preferably metal bowl. Prepare two large baking sheets covering in wax paper or parchment paper. Melt white chocolate per package instructions. Once melted, pour over cereal mixture continuously stirring until chocolate is evenly distributed. Spread onto baking sheets in a single layer. Allow to dry completely then break into pieces and store in airtight containers.

I make this mostly at Holiday time and place in jars or tins to give as gifts. You can also substitute milk or dark chocolate add candy cane pieces or any other candies or cereals you prefer. Candiquik is found in the baking aisle and is cheapest at Walmart. You can also melt down chocolate wafers such as ghirardelli chocolate as it is better quality.
