2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp. chili paste
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup grape jelly
30 small (3" in length) baby back ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic, ginger, chili paste, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and jelly.
Place individual ribs in glass or stainless steel bowl. Pour marinade over ribs and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place ribs on a rack on a large baking sheet and place in oven.
Baste with remaining marinade and turn ribs often, cooking until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serves 4.
