Ingredients:  
3 T. butter
2 slices of prosciutto, minced
1 onion, minced
pinch red pepper flakes
¼ t. salt
1 bay leaf
2 T. tomato paste
2 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped finely
¼ white wine
2 cups crushed tomatoes
¼ cup heavy cream
2 T. crushed tomatoes
2 T. white wine
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat butter, prosciutto, onion. salt and red pepper flakes

Cook for 8-12 minutes

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds

Add 2 T. tomato paste and 2 oz. sun-dried tomatoes as well as the ¼ white wine and 2 cups crushed tomatoes

Cook for 25-30 minutes

Just before serving add ¼ cup heavy cream, 2 T. crushed tomatoes, 2 T. white wine, fresh basil and salt & pepper to taste
