2 ¼ cups yellow corn meal
4 ½ cups of milk
3 eggs

3 lbs of ground chuck, browned and drained
3 pcks Chili seasoning
3 lbs. canned tomatoes
3 lbs. corn
3 cans of sliced black olives

6 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

chopped onion
salsa
sour cream
shredded lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix corn meal, milk and eggs together.

2. Add chili seasoning to browned ground chuck.

3. Add tomatoes to meat mixture and simmer for awhile.

4. Add corn, black olives and corn meal mixture.

5. Mix all ingredients together.

6. Pour into pan.

7. Bake at 350º for 1½ hours.

8. When done baking add 6 cups of cheddar cheese to the top.

9. Return to oven until the cheese is melted.

10. Add chopped onion salsa, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
