1 c. olives (kalamata, black, or italian green)
1 garlic clove, minced/grated
1 tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed
3 anchovies
1 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 lemon, zest and juice
pinch of pepper
1-2 tbsp. olive oil

1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil into food processor.
2. Slowly add oil.
