¼ cup oil
2 T. black peppercorns
2 T. sesame seeds, toasted
3-4 cucumbers, halved, seeded and cut into ½ inch pieces
1 rotisserie chicken, deboned and cut into ½ inch pieces
1 t. crushed garlic
¾ cup sugar
1.5 t. salt
4 oz. rice wine vinegar
1.5 T. dry mustard
⅛ cup water

Combine ¼ cup oil and 2 T. black peppercorns in a small saucepan; cook on medium-high heat until they start to pop; strain and discard peppercorns

Combine the following in a big bowl:
2 T. sesame seeds (toasted)
Cucumbers
Chicken

In a small bowl whisk the following ingredients together:
1 t. crushed garlic
¾ cup sugar
1.5 t. salt
4 oz. rice wine vinegar
1.5 T. dry mustard
⅛ cup water

Pour dressing over chicken mixture
