5 cups of pumpkin
5 eggs, beaten
2 cups of sugar
2 cans of evaporated milk
1 t salt
2 T butter, melted butter
2 T pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)
unbaked pie shell for 2" cater pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake pie shell at 400º for 10 minutes.

2. Mix all pumpkin pie filling ingredients together.

3. Pour into partially baked pie crust.

4. Bale at 350º for 40 minutes or until done.
