1 package smokey links cubed
6 eggs beaten
10 slices bread broken into pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
1/2 t. salt
1 tsp dry ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Chop the smokey links into cubes. Crumble the bread into small pieces.

Mix the bread, cheese, and smokey links together. Spread evenly in a greased 13×9 casserole dish.

Crack and beat the eggs.

Add the milk, salt, and ground mustard to the eggs and mix well. Pour over the smokey links, cheese, and bread in the casserole dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

My mom always made this when we had company. You can substitute the smokey link for ham, bacon, or sausage. Can be made the night before.
