15 oz bag of Oreo cookies
¼ Cup melted butter
½ Gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 Jar chocolate fudge topping (11 oz)
1 Cup dry roasted nuts
1 Container cool whip topping (8 oz)
Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Spread evenly in bottom of 9"x13" pan, reserving ½ cup cookie crumbs.
Soften ice cream and spread over crumbs. Place in freezer until firm. Spread fudge topping on top of ice cream layer. Sprinkle peanuts over fudge topping.
Spread cool whip on top and then sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over cool whip.
Cover with foil and keep in freezer. Cut into squares to serve.
