2 (8-oz.) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. diced green onion
1 (1-oz.) package powdered Original Ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup grated broccoli
1/2 cup grated cauliflower
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes (seeds removed)
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough out onto lined 10 x 15 " jelly roll pan. Pinch the seams together.
Bake at 375º for about 10 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese, miracle whip, dill weed, ranch dressing and diced onion. Spread over crust. Layer vegetables and top with cheese. Chill.

Slice into 24 pieces and serve!

You can use any combination of vegetables. Other options: radishes, green pepper, alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers.
