3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup granulated sugar
Juice from one medium sized lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash your fruit and check for any stems that need to be removed if using fresh and place in a sauce pan with sugar and lemon Juice. Heat to medium heat and let cook just until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid from the fruit start to thicken sightly. This should take about 20 minutes depending on the ripeness of your fruit. Transfer to a heat safe container and let cool in the fridge to desired temperature. Serve over your favorite dessert
