4 large peaches peeled or 3-4 cups frozen
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Juice from one half of a medium sized lemon

Chop your fruit if using fresh and place in a sauce pan with sugar and lemon juice. Heat to medium heat and let cook just until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid from the fruit start to thicken slightly. This should take about & to 20 minutes deferring on the ripeness of your fruit Transfer to a heat safe container and let cool n the fridge to desired temperature. Serve over your favorite dessert
