1 pourd fresh strawberries diced
1/2 of water
1 cup grandated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Juice from one half of a medium sized lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 cup of your diced strawbemes, water, sugar,corn starch and lemon juice into a small pot and start to
dissolve the starch. Simmer on medium low just enough to dissolve the sugar and com starch Once sugar is
dissolved use an immersion blender ard blend the mixlire into a syrup (if you do not have an immersm blender you can blend the mixture in a regular blender Just be sure
to cool it down some before dong so) Let mixture cool in the fridge unti it is room temperature. Add syrup over the remnder of the chopped
strawberries and serve over your favorite dessert
