Ingredients:
Ingredients:
A whole bunch of fresh jalapeno peppers
Boneless chicken breast (either browned yourself or the kind that’s already been grilled and cut up)
Cream cheese
Chili powder
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Put on rubber gloves (seriously, or you will be sorry) and cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and ribby stuff then set them aside. Now either brown and cut up your chicken or use the store bought stuff. Microwave some cream cheese on low until it gets soft and stir some chili powder into it until it’s a nice pale orange color. Overstuff each jalapeno half with the orange cream cheese and put some chicken on there then wrap the whole thing in bacon. Stick a toothpick in to hold it. Grill them until the bacon is done enough for you. Suggestion: grill them in one of those grill basket contraptions where you put the food in and close the top and then you just flip the whole basket over when the food has grilled long enough on one side instead of laboriously trying to flip over ten thousand little drippy, cheesy hunks of peppers and bacon. Caution: if you put this in your mouth the second it comes off the grill (which you will want to do), I promise you there will not be a trace of hide left on your entire tongue, and for the next month you could eat dog shit and not taste it.
