2 Cups cooked (cubed turkey / chicken / or ham)
10 oz. fresh cut asparagus (thawed)
1 Cup cubed Velveeta cheese (or shredded)
5 oz. cooked noodles
1 Can sliced water chestnuts
1 Can Mushrooms
1 small jar pimento
1 Cup chopped celery
½ Cup chopped green pepper

1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
¾ Cup Sour Cream

Directions:

Combine all ingredients.

Toss gently with a mixture of soups and sour cream.

Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Sprinkle with cheese on top if you wish.
