Crust
½ c each of:½
white sugar
brown sugar
margarine
& oil
1 egg
2 c and 2 Tbsp Flour
½ tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Vanilla

Topping:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
⅓ c Icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Fruits and berries of your choice

Glaze:
½ c Orange Juice
½ c water
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
¼ c White Sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Cream first 4 ingredients together and the add egg, mix well. Add vanilla and dry ingredients, mix to combine. flatten onto cookie sheet or round pizza pan. Bake at 350ºF oven for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Topping:
Mix frist 3 ingredients together and then spread on cooled crust. Place your choice of fruit on top of cream cheese mixture.

Glaze:
Whisk Cornstarch into water and then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let cool , stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming on top. Pour evenly over pizza. refrigerate until ready to serve
