1 c boiling water
½ c butter or margarine
¼ tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Whipping cream
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, butter and salt in a medium saucepan. Stir to melt butter and bring to a boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until it all forms a ball and pulls away form the sides of the pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs , one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg is added. Drop by spoonful's onto greased baking sheet leaving room for expansion. Bake in a 425ºF oven for 30 minutes. They should look dry with no beads of moisture on them. Cool on rack. When cool cut off tops and fill with sweetened whip cream, replace top. Makes 12 large puffs or 24 small ones.
