1 lb Butter (cannot be margarine)
3 c flour
1 c icing sugar
½ c Cornstartch
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter for 15 minutes Sift dry ingredients together in separate bowl. Add to butter 1 cup at a time, mixing well in between, add vanilla. When all dry is incorporated whip again for 15 minutes. Drop by spoonful or use cookie press to form cookies. Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Let cool on cookie sheet or they will fall apart on you.
