1½ c White Sugar
1 cup margarine (softened)
2 eggs
2¾ c Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp SAlt
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Mix 1½ c sugar and margarine and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tartar and baking soda. Mix well. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Combine 2 Tbsp sugar and 2 tsp Cinnamon. Roll cookies in this mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks.
