2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Sticks Butter
½ Cup White Sugar
½ Tsp Salt
1 or 2 boxes of Corn Chex

Directions:
Directions:
Bring Brown Sugar, Butter, White Sugar, and Salt to boil - about 1 1/2 minutes
Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to the mixture to thicken and stir.

Put 2 brown bags together to mix everything (or use large bowl with lid.
Pour some of corn chex into the bag.
Pour mixture of boiling carmel into bag a bit at a time to mix
Continue until all corn checks and carmel are mixed together

Open the bags and spread the carmel chex on waxed paper to cool.
Avoid chunks by breaking them up. (if desired)
