Use pork butt (boneless Boston butt works well). Cut in 4” chunks.
4 T. Caldo de Pollo
1 C whole milk
Water
3 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
Garlic powder
Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut meat into slow cooker. Sprinkle with caldo de pollo. Add milk, and enough water to almost cover all the meat. Add in the garlic cloves and bay leaves and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce heat and simmer for 6 hours.

Remove from crockpot and slightly break down the meat. Place into a skillet and add a couple tablespoons of milk. Allow meat to fry until crisp.
