4 cups 1-inch rhubarb pieces
1/2 cup water
4 cups raspberries
5 cups sugar

6 8oz jars and lids

Directions:
Sterilize jars and lids. In large pot combine rhubarb and water. Simmer until fruit is soft. Add berries and simmer until soft. Stir in sugar and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil until mixture reaches 221 to 224 degrees F. on candy thermometer. Skim off foam. Pour into prepared jars, fillng within 1/8 inch of topes. Wipe rims clean and seal.
