Beef or Chicken (thinly sliced)
Garlic
Olive Oil
Sesame Oil
Onion (sliced)
Carrots (julienned)
Celery (thinly sliced)
Frozen Peas
1 Can broth (beef or chicken)
Cornstarch
Soy Sauce
Broccoli (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat and garlic in small amount of olive oil and sesame seed oil (mixed). Add veggies - cover and cook slightly. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce into the broth until smooth - add to veggies. Cook until the mixture boils and thickens. Add broccoli cook until heated through. Serve over rice.
