3½ c flour
2 Tbsp Yeast
2 Tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
1 c Water
¼ c mustard
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine

Filling:
3 c chopped cooked Ham
1 c grated swiss cheese
¾ c diced dill pickles

1 egg, beaten, to brush on top of loaf

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 1 cup of flour. Mix remaining flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. In separate bowl microwave water, margarine and mustard until very warm. Stir warm liquid into dry ingredients. Mix in enough of the reserved 1 c flour to make soft dough that does not stick to the bowl. Knead until smooth and elastic appox 4 tp 5 minutes.
To fill and shape dough:
Roll Dough to appro 15x10" rectangle. Place on greased baking sheet or a sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle ham, cheese and pickles over the center ⅓ of rectangle. With a sharp knifemake 1" cuts from filling to dough edges on either side. Alternate sides, fold strips of dough at an angle across filling.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, approx. 301 minutes. Brush loaf with beaten egg. Bake at 375ºF for 35 minutes.
