5 c white flour
5 c multigrain bread flour
½ c sugar
1 Tbsp Salt
3 rounded Tbsp Instant Yeast
3 Tbsp Oil
4 cups hot tap water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and water, mix for 1 minute and check consistency. If dough is too dry add more water. If its too moist add flour. Mix for 5 minutes. Spray counter and pans with Pam. Shape loaves and cover with dish towel. Let rise 25 minutes. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. This recipe makes 4 loaves of bread.
** You can use all white or all multigrain or whole wheat, I just like the taste of the half and half.
