Chicken
1 egg well beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
3 lbs chicken wings/thighs/breasts

Sauce
3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp water
1 cup white sugar
½ cup vinegar
½ tsp salt

*Double for lots of sauce.

Chicken:
Trim and wash chicken. Dip chicken pieces in egg, dip in flour and fry in butter/oil until golden.

Put into a casserole or slow cooker.

Pour sauce over chicken.

Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour stirring and pouring sauce over chicken pieces. Or cook in a slow cooker.
