Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1¼ c warm water
3 tsp Instant or Quick rise yeast
3 tsp white sugar
Mix together and let sit until bubbles form.
4 cups water
½ c melted margarine
½ c White Sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1½ Tbsp salt
4 c flour
additional 4-6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. start adding the additional flour, 1 cup at a time...keep adding and kneading until your arms ache... then keep kneading;) When the dough "feels like a babies butt" you are good to go. Place in a large bowl ("you know, the huge stainless steel one") that has been greased, flip dough over so top is oiled as well. Cover and put in warm, draft free space, let raise until doubled in size. Punch down (this is the fun part). Shape into loaves, place in well greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise again "until they are the size you want your loaves to be". Bake in a 350ºF oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Butter tops of hot loaves, let cool for 5 minutes then take out of pans to complete cooling... last step, this is VERY important, you MUST cut up a loaf while still hot and eat it with the butter all melty on it. You CAN share, but you don't have to, I won't judge.
