1 ½ Pounds of ground chuck or ground round
½ Cup of parmesan cheese
2 Eggs
¼ Tsp of Garlic Powder
¼ Cup of Ketchup
½ Cup of milk
¾ Sleeve of crushed Ritz Crackers
2 Tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
Pinch of Sage
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together using enough cracker crumbs to make mixture stick together. Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
 

Glaze

½ cup of Ketchup
1 Tbsp of prepared mustard
2 Tbsp of brown sugar

Mix glaze ingredients together and spread on top of meat loaf 10 minutes before it is done . You can double the glaze recipe if desired for leftovers. Makes great meat loaf sandwiches!
