1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat your oven to 425 degrees. Prepare your pastry as directed.

Sprinkle your bacon, your drained spinach, chopped onion, and shredded Swiss cheese in a pastry lined pan.

Beat your eggs slightly and add the rest of your ingredients. Pour your ingredients into the pie pan. Bake this for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to about 300 degrees and bake for an additional 40-60 minutes until your knife comes out dry and clean when you check to see if it's done.

Let your Quiche Lorraine stand for 15 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy.

This is a basic recipe for this quiche. I also like to add sun dried tomatos, mushroom, and ham at times. To give it a kick you can also chop up a small amount of green pepper. You can also add a little bit of chile peppers to really give it a zing.
