Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Large cans of crushed or diced tomatoes( I think they're 18oz cans. Not sure)
1 small (8oz maybe) can crushed or diced tomatoes
1 small can of Chipotle Peppers in Abodo Sauce (I think it's 4oz)
2-3 white onions (depending on size)
2 or 3 Jalepenos Peppers
1 or 2 Serrano peppers
2 to 3 bunches of Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes and Chipotle peppers in boiling pot and set aside. You can start heating if you like or wait until you chop up the rest of the ingredients

Start dicing/chopping the Jalepenos, Serranos, Onions. It doesn't have to be finely chopped, just small enough that everything gets soft in a timely manner when it starts boiling.

Take the Cilantro, chop off the bottom half that is primarily stems and throw away. Chop up the other half that is primarily leaves. A few stems won't hurt.

Bring all ingredients to a slow rolling boil until the fresh vegetables have softened slightly. You should see the Jalapenos change from a sharp green to a more dull shade.

Get another large bowl and the food processor or blender ready. A food processor will keep the salsa a little more chunky, but a blender can as well. Just don't blend as long.

Blend to the thickness you prefer and serve. The longer it sits, the better the ingredients "marinate" together.

I came by this recipe from my good friend Corbin Sterle. Corbin is a fireman and this was a favorite at his station. He has made it for many of our church functions, and we all love it.
