1 Cup White Vinegar
½ Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Tsp Dry Mustard
1 Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Cup Canola Oil
1 Large Head Cabbage – Cut in Half. Slice into thin rings
2 Medium Onions – Cut in Half. Slice into thin rings

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard, salt and pepper.
Then add oil. Remove from heat and pour over cabbage and onion mixture.Stir.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Will keep for approximately a week refrigerated.
