1 ¼ c. Basil
¼ c. Parsley
½ c. (1 stick) Butter Melted
1 c. Parmesan cheese
½ c. Milk
¼ c. Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper (optional)
2 Garlic Cloves Crushed


3-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Basque Marinade Sauce (Save mart or Raleys in the BBQ sauces or marinades section. Get the Marinade for meat NOT for fish)

½ to ¾ Package Fettuccini Noodles cooked

Grill chicken plain, when cooked, cut into chunks. Put pieces in a shallow bowl. Pour Sauce over chicken. Let stand, chicken will absorb most of the sauce.

In large serving bowl add remaining ingredients and cooked noodles, Toss.

Add cooked chicken and remaining sauce in bowl to noodle mixture. Toss to cover chicken. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
