9 c. flour
1½ c. scalded milk
2 eggs
2 pkg. dry yeast
1½ c. hot water
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter

Directions:
In a fix-n-mix bowl put flour making a well in the center. In a mix-n-store mix everything but the butter. pour into the flour. seal and burp. Store in a war place til seal pops off (15-20 mins). melt butter, lit it cool slightly. Pour on outside edge of flour. Mix well. Knead a little but leave mixture very sticky. Seal and burp. Store in a warm place til seal pops off (20-30 mins.). When the seal pops off and the dough has raised almost to the top of the bowl, kneed on a flowered board and make into 4 loaves or 2 pans of rolls. Place in greased pans and let rise until double in size. Bake at 375º 25-35 mins.

To make wheat bread use 4 1/2 c. wheat flour and 4 1/2 c. white flour. Be sure the mixture flours very well.
