3 eggs beaten
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini (drained)
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients. Mix both together very well or until limp. Place in greased pans. Bake at 325º 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Be sure to drain grated zucchini or it will be gummy.
