2 cps. flour
¼ cp. sugar
1Tbs. salt
2 pkg. yeast
2 ¼ cp. milk
¼ cp. cooking oil
1 egg
4-5 cp. additional flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Heat milk and oil till warm (not hot), add to above.
Add egg. Beat ½ min. at low speed, 3 min. at med. speed.

Add additional flour cup by cup by hand till soft dough forms.
Knead till smooth, abt 1 min.
Cover with towel, place in area away from drafts. (I like to gently spread lard or butter on top before covering, to keep from getting dry).
Let rise till doubled or overnight.
Punch down, shape into loaves or buns, let rise.
Bake 350º oven, till nicely browned.
