1 lb. large mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh parsley or dried parsley flakes
1/2- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
6 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:

Wash mushrooms, dry well. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. Mixed chopped stems with all the above ingredients. The mixture should be moist and not dry (add some more melted butter if too dry). Fill mushroom caps.

Place mushrooms in a well oiled or buttered shallow pan, stuffed side up. Sprinkle olive oil over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
