1 dozen Hard Boiled Eggs

mayo, heavy cream, sour cream, butter and lemon juice, or pickle juice
add a dab or two of Dijon mustard
½ to 1 tsp of horseradish
1 tsp relish

pepper

prepare and peel hard boiled eggs, then you cut them in half.

Remove yolks to bowl

crush the yolks and moisten them with one of many choices:
mayo, heavy cream, sour cream, butter and lemon juice, or pickle juice
add a dab or two of Dijon mustard
½ to 1 tsp of horseradish
1 tsp relish
Salt
pepper

Mix well, spoon or pipe into eggs, sprinkle with paprika or dill
