2 Cups Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
⅔ Cup Shortening
⅔ Cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening and eggs, sugar and vanilla Combine all dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients. If you want to roll and use a cookie cutter you may have to cool in the fridge, If not you can place on cookie sheet and bake @ 350º for 10-12 minutes.
