Instant Brown Bread Dahi Vada Recipe
Brown bread slices 8-10
Curd 3/4 cup
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Mint Chutney
Tamarind chutney
Fresh pomegranate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the edges of bread slices, mash them into a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and little bit water and mash well.
2. Take a lemon size dough and shape into balls and press to make vadas.
3. Combine curd and sugar in another bowl and whisk well till sugar melts. Pour it on the on top of vadas.
4. Put some mint chutney and tamarind chutney on top of it. Sprinkle some chilli powder and cumin powder on top and put some pomegranate pearls.
Serve immediately.
