1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 3 oz. pkg. instant GF vanilla or banana pudding
1 1/2 cup milk (not soy)
2 cups Cool Whip (divided)
3 bananas (sliced)
1 box vanilla wafers or GF wafers or GF graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk according to package directions
Stir in condensed milk until smooth.
Add bananas and fold in gently.
Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Cover the bottom of a 10x10 inch pan with wafers. Slowly pour mixture over wafers.
Cover the entire mixture with wafers.
Spread remaining cup of Cool Whip over top.
Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Yield: 10-12 servings
